We Are Hiring Female Data Analyst
PakLite is hiring a Female Data Analyst to support data-driven business decisions through accurate reporting, analysis, and performance tracking. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong MS Excel skills, analytical thinking, reporting abilities, and experience working with sales, inventory, KPIs, dashboards, and business data.
About the Role
PakLite is hiring a Female Data Analyst to join our team and support data-driven business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent MS Excel knowledge and the ability to transform business data into clear and useful reports.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Strong proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
Experience
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred. Experience in a manufacturing, sales, distribution, or corporate environment will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze business data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards.
- Analyze sales, inventory, targets, KPIs, and performance data.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities from data.
- Maintain accurate databases and records.
- Support management with timely analytical reports.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and verification.
Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts, and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
