Paklite Electrical Industries – Product Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Paklite guarantees the following products against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues:

  • Commercial/Project Items
    1 year
  • Bulbs (LED & Standard)
    1 year
  • Batten and Panel Lights
    1 year
  • Moonlight & Platinum Lights
    1 year

Note: Warranty starts from the date of purchase as per the original invoice.

2. Scope of Warranty

  1. What will be Covered:
    • Manufacturing or material defects affecting normal operation.
  2. What will not be Covered:
    • Damage from improper installation, misuse, or accidents.
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
    • Consumables (e.g., fuses) unless specified.

3. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Keep the original invoice.
  2. Contact Paklite Customer Service or complain department with product details and issue description.
  3. Return the product to an authorized service center if required.
  4. Paklite will repair or replace defective products at no cost.

4. Terms & Conditions

  1. Warranty is non-transferable; Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
  2. Paklite reserves the right to replace products if repair is not feasible.
  3. Paklite may update warranty terms at its discretion.
  4. Warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.
  5. Paklite reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue warranty terms at its
    discretion.
  6. Disputes will follow Pakistan jurisdiction.
