PakLite is hiring Sales Managers for Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad and Abbottabad. We are looking for experienced sales professionals with strong knowledge of dealer networks, market development, distributor management and territory-based sales operations.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
Experience
3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in electrical, lighting, electronics, FMCG or distribution.
Key Requirements
- Experience in dealer and distributor management.
- Strong knowledge of market development and territory management.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
- Distributor appointment and relationship management.
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.
- Team handling and sales-force supervision.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare sales reports and analyse sales data.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Good knowledge of local markets and dealer networks.
